Information you choose to share
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service and project message so Music Promotion Agency can respond. Newsletter registration collects your email address and an explicit subscription choice. An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.
Newsletter confirmation and leaving
A subscription becomes active only after you confirm the link sent to your email address. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Every newsletter issue must include an unsubscribe link. You can also request a new unsubscribe link by email from the subscription preferences page.
Audience measurement
When enabled, the public counter reports page views over the last 30 days. It is not a count of unique people. Measurement stores aggregated daily counts. No analytics cookies, browser fingerprint or advertising tracker is used.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process connection information to operate and secure the service. When email delivery is enabled, the configured email delivery provider processes the address and message needed to send confirmation and service emails. Abuse prevention uses a short-lived hashed network identifier; raw IP addresses are not stored by this application.
Retention and requests
Unconfirmed newsletter requests are removed after seven days. Abuse-prevention records expire after 48 hours. Enquiries are retained for up to 180 days unless an active project requires a separate record. Aggregate audience counts are retained for up to 35 days. Confirmed newsletter addresses remain until unsubscribed. Use the contact form for access, correction or deletion requests; please do not include sensitive personal information.
Separate projects
Independent and Instrumental Playlists are separate websites with their own forms and privacy information. This site does not import their subscriber records. Newsletter delivery on this site remains disabled until the operator has configured the sender and mailing address.
